The name of my business stems from my dreams for the future of Waterfall Yoga Therapy and Retreat Center. A secluded, picturesque getaway where I will be able to help you, your friends, and your loved one’s experience something profound and life changing.
The lush 20 acres of our future home and the home of Waterfall Yoga Therapy and Retreat Center has a beautiful waterfall on the property for all of you to enjoy.
A waterfall represents purity and renewal. It can transform, flowing and changing, sometimes ravenous and full, at other times a peaceful trickle. When fed by a greater source, it has momentum that is unstoppable and full of life. It is powerful and can move over and around obstacles with grace and ease. Waterfall’s also release negative ions that create better air quality, and increase the mood chemical, serotonin, that helps to alleviate depression and decrease stress.
