Waterfall Yoga Has Moved

Waterfall Yoga Therapy has moved to a new location. It’s hard to describe the peace we feel being here. Twenty acres of serenity, that wasn’t always peaceful I’m sure, the property lying in the midst of the Trail of Tears.

Most of my pause moments are outside in nature, over looking the lush green hills as our backdrop. Tonight I sit and watch the deer in the distance. They blend in with the tall grass but they come out from the creek side near the waterfall at dusk to munch. Tonight two bucks and four doe are visible in my binoculars. Without the magnification they would go almost unnoticed to my eyes. Though they perk their giant ears up at any sound they hear coming from my direction.

I wonder what other creatures are hidden amongst the tall grass, the tree line, and deep in the shadows of the forest? How many of the creatures will I see when I take the time to pause? How many will you see when you come to visit?

A strange bird calls in the distance, I’ll have to google what that might be. A hummingbird has finally found my red sweet nectar. I’ve been waiting for him. When we were moving in he flitted about outside my glass windows attacking the reflectors on my bicycle that has yet to find a home in the garage. He has been looking for an easy meal to feast at the new neighbors expense.

Waterfall Yoga has moved and I hope many of you can come and visit and sit in reflection too, in quiet wonder of the little things.
