It’s the small habits. How you spend your mornings. How you talk to yourself. What you read and what you watch. Who you share your energy with. Who has access to you. That will change your life.

Change comes in small habits. What are you ready to shift in your life? I had to stop drinking coffee. This was no easy shift. It came with small changes. Less and less each day, until there was no more at all. I did it. I feel better. Do I miss it? Yes of course. Will I never drink coffee again? I mean most likely, but for now, this is what I need to do.
When’s the last time I watched the news? I can’t even remember. It wasn’t serving my anxiety. If I can’t do anything to change it, why let it into my mind? Do I feel like I’m missing out or am uniformed? Nope. I feel joyous and have more time for breathing, meditating, prayer, and journaling.
Breaking up with someone who drains your energy. Yep, I have had to do it more times than I can count. Maybe temporarily, maybe permanently. Was there a grief process? You bet. And I have more energy for the people who love me for me and more energy for myself and my purpose. That is life changing!
